The CREEK earrings show swirls of aqua blue, grass bank green and sandy tones, but maybe this is because they've already been for a dip in their previous life as a swimsuit.

Unique in design, the earrings pictured here are the actual ones you'll receive. Their brand new, nickel-free stud and butterfly mounts are engraved with the artist's signature and the design name.

Made by: Dunja Karabaic Location: Cologne, Germany Background: Diploma at the National College of Art, Hamburg. I am an Abstract Photographer and recycling design is the perfect counterpart. Inspiration: I began to produce clothes, bags and caps out of second-hand material when I was a teenager. This has developed into the jewellery I now produce made from the fabric and materials of everyday living, found objects and discarded things. Best compliment: A businessman who bought a pair of my cufflinks said “You must have had a wonderful childhood”.
